Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in the browser. There is no desktop client, no plugin, and nothing to install per workstation.
Is my data really separate from other practices?
Yes. Each practice gets its own server, its own database, its own storage, and its own set of credentials. Nothing is shared between customers.
Where is my data stored?
In European data centres, under EU data-protection law. All traffic to and from your environment is encrypted with HTTPS, using certificates that renew automatically.
How do I get studies into MyPACS?
Upload DICOM files directly through the browser. Your environment also supports the DICOMweb standard, so compatible software can send studies to it directly.
Can I add my colleagues?
Yes, from your account page. Invite them by email and choose their role. They receive a temporary password and are asked to set their own on first login. You can change roles, disable accounts, or reset passwords at any time.
Which plan should I choose?
Start with Starter unless you already know you store more than about 100 GB of images. Every plan has the same features, so moving up later only changes your storage allowance and capacity — nothing about how you work.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from your own billing page, at any time. Your environment, your users, and your studies stay exactly as they are — changing plan does not move or rebuild anything.
What if I go over my storage allowance?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. We will contact you about adding storage (€49 per 500 GB per month) or moving to a plan that fits. If you are close to the limit and want to plan ahead, just ask.
What happens after the free trial?
The trial runs for 14 days and does not need a card. If you want to continue, add payment details from your account page. If you do not, nothing is charged.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your own billing page — no phone call and no cancellation form. You can also view and download all of your invoices there.
